SAP S/4HANA Service is the latest solution for holistic service management within the SAP  S/4HANA environment. It enables companies to efficiently map the entire service lifecycle - from the initial customer inquiry and the sale of services to contract management, the planning of assignments and the billing of services provided.

Deep integration with other SAP  S/4HANA modules such as sales, logistics and finance creates end-to-end processes without system interruptions that companies can control in real time. The SAP S/4HANA service acts as a link and basis for all other SAP service solutions such as SAP Service Cloud and SAP Field Service Management:

Lots of movement in the SAP service world

Previous SAP service solutions from Business Suite 7 such as the SAP CS module from ECC or S/4HANA in compatibility mode and SAP CRM 7.0 have been discontinued! The SAP CS module may be used in compatibility mode until 2030 and then loses its usage rights. Like SAP ECC, SAP CRM 7.0 can be used until 2027 or 2030 with extended support as part of the Business Suite 7 discontinuation. Follow-up solutions must now be found for these circumstances, which is why we have set up suitable SMARTsolutions to support you in your need to change. In principle, the SAP S/4HANA service - often in combination with the SAP CX portfolio -- is a modern successor that meets the new requirements of the growing after-sales market.
