Depending on the desired service times, we work with active support during core hours, additional on-call services for nights and weekends, or 24xN concepts, which we operate across locations from Minsk, Vilnius, and Puebla according to the follow-the-sun principle. In doing so, the handover of tasks is seamless and smooth, so that no delays occur.
Our cross-site support teams are trained together at the customer's site or at one of our locations. This ensures a uniform level of knowledge. Support is available in German or English from both locations. From Puebla additionally in Spanish, from Minsk and Vilnius in Russian language.
If desired, we can work with a local service manager who acts as a single point of contact and takes over all coordination tasks centrally.
